Software Support
Long-term support for the software you depend on. We monitor it, host it, handle the bugs and exceptions in the background, and keep it current, so your bespoke application stays healthy long after launch.
What we do.
Proactive monitoring
Uptime, performance, and error rates watched in the background, so problems surface to us before they reach your users or your inbox.
Bugs & exceptions, handled
Errors are captured, triaged, and fixed through proper logging and alerting. You are not the one filing the ticket.
Infrastructure & hosting
Servers, deployments, SSL, backups, and scaling looked after. The plumbing stays maintained so the app stays up.
Kept up to date
Framework, library, and runtime versions kept current, so your bespoke software does not quietly rot into a rewrite two years from now.
Security patching
Dependencies and the platform patched as vulnerabilities land, not whenever someone happens to remember to look.
Direct line to the team
Reach the engineers who know your codebase directly. The support plan is quoted around the coverage and response your software actually needs.
We begin with a short technical review, define the coverage and response your application needs, and quote an ongoing support plan around that reality.
We watch it so you don't have to.
Most teams find out their software is broken when a customer tells them. Support flips that around. We put monitoring and error tracking in place, watch it in the background, and step in before a small failure becomes an outage.
Request a quoteWatch
Monitoring and error tracking on uptime, performance, and exceptions, running quietly in the background.
Respond
When something breaks, we are the ones who get paged and fix it, not your team scrambling at 2am.
Maintain
Dependencies, frameworks, and security patches kept current on a steady cadence, before drift becomes a project.
Questions, answered straight.
Common questions about this service.
What does software support actually cover?
The day-to-day operation of your application: monitoring and alerting, infrastructure and hosting, fixing bugs and exceptions as they happen, and keeping dependencies, frameworks, and security patches current. The work that keeps bespoke software healthy after launch, handled so your team does not have to.
Do you support software you did not build?
Often, yes. We start with a short review of the codebase and infrastructure to understand what we are taking on, the same way we approach a rescue. If it is on a stack we know well, Laravel and PHP, Astro, or Tauri, we can usually take over support. If it is not a fit, we will tell you honestly.
How do you handle bugs and exceptions?
In the background. We wire up error tracking and logging so exceptions are captured and alerted automatically, then we triage and fix them. You are not responsible for noticing the problem or reporting it; that is the entire point of support.
Do you handle hosting and infrastructure too?
Yes, if you want us to. We can manage deployments, servers, SSL, backups, and scaling, or work alongside the infrastructure and ops you already have. Either way the goal is the same: the app stays up and you are not the one getting paged.
How do updates work?
We keep your framework, libraries, and runtime current on a steady cadence rather than letting them drift until an upgrade becomes its own project. Security patches go out as needed. Keeping software current is far cheaper than rescuing it later.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
We scope support around the application, coverage, and response level you need, then quote it clearly. Everything stays yours, including the code, configuration, and infrastructure access, so you are never dependent on us to keep the lights on.
The engagement fits the mission.
We do not force unlike problems into the same package. We understand the outcome, assemble the right senior capability, and give you a clear quote for the work in front of us.
-
Direct access
You work directly with the engineers actually doing the build, the people who know your codebase, reachable by email.
-
Scoped to the mission
We shape the team, timeline, and engagement around the actual problem, then put it in a written quote before work begins.
-
Everything is yours
All the code, all the configuration. No proprietary tools that create a dependency on us. Any developer can pick it up after we're gone.
Let's make our closest approach.
Tell us the outcome you need, the obstacle in the way, and what is at stake. We will come back with our honest read, a clear approach, and a quote shaped around the work.
